There are several libraries that you can use to create Windows apps with Python. Here are some of the most popular ones:
1.Tkinter: This is a standard Python library that comes pre-installed with Python. It is easy to use and has a simple interface *1.
2.wxPython: This is a cross-platform GUI toolkit for Python that is based on the C++ wxWidgets library. It has a native look and feel on all platforms and supports many widgets *1.
3.PyQt: This is a set of Python bindings for the Qt application framework and runs on all platforms supported by Qt including Windows. It provides a large number of widgets and has a native look and feel *1.
4.Kivy: This is an open-source Python library for developing mobile apps and other multitouch application software with a natural user interface *1.
You can use any of these libraries to create Windows apps with Python. If you want to distribute your app, you can use PyInstaller to convert your Python code into an executable file *2.
I hope this helps!
